Azakhana Shareka-tul-Hussain S.A

Aza khana-e-Shareekatul Hussain Majaalis and Milad sessions on the death and birthday anniversaries of each masoomeen (AS) is arranged at Aza Khana-e-shareekatul Hussain. These sessions are addressed by notable and leading scholars of the community besides senior staff and student of the Jamia. Believers are encouraged to contribute while people can also schedules Majaalis, Milaad sessions on dates of their convenience.

To further the mission as initiated by Syed-u-Shuhada-e-Aba Abdullah-e-Hussain, Majalis are arranged during the month of Muharram starting from the first till the tenth, ladie’s Majalis are held before Thur Prayers, while those for males start after magribain prayers. Second round of 10 Majaalis are held daily from the 15^th to 24^th of Muharram during the afternoon. These majaalis are addressed equally by notable Shial and Sunni scholars. On conclusion of the address of 24^th Muharram a procession with Taboot of Syed-u-Sajjideen (AS) and Bibi Fizza (AS) is taken out. Mourners participate in the procession and pay homage by performing Maatam and Zanjeer Zanni. The Procession follows its traditional route along Shahrah-e-Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib, Main Boulevard Minhaj-ul-Hussain, Shahrah-e-Salman Farsi and Shahrah-e-Abuzar Ghaffari, on its last leg it goes through Shahrah-e-Muhammad bin abi Bakkar and terminates on its return to Idara Minhaj-ul-Hussain. During the route of the procession Muslims from all sects unite, contribute and pay homage to the Martyred Imam (AS) by putting up free stalls of eatables and drinks to aide mourners on their route.
